- the workday starts at 09:30 and ends at 18:00
- the nights are for sleeping : at least between 11:30 pm and 07:00 am
(ofc except friday nights)
- don't shop foolishly in Ro when you can do plenty of that while abroad
- don't miss the massage appointments
